On infants or small children, on frostbite, while sleeping, on scars, over open wounds, on desensitised skin, on bruising, on inflammation or swelling, with other heating devices, if you have allergies, arthritis, sensitive skin, diabetes, circulatory problems, nerve damage or paralysis.
